I’m looking for an amazing person to support Slick Trade members with tech support on an As Required basis.

Do You Want To Support Team Slick?
This is a tech support role where you will be supporting Slick Trade Sapphire members with simple MT4 tasks including uploading/setup and smooth operation of Slick Trade branded Expert Advisors and file packs.
You will need to have strong MT4 experience and have a reliable internet connection in order to carry out remote TeamViewer sessions with Slick Trade members.
You must be able to work quickly and be able to identify and rectify simple MT4 issues in a timely manner.
During these TeamViewer sessions you will only be carrying out tasks on our behalf relating ONLY to Slick Trade products and must not carry out any other technical work or upload any other software outside of this brief.
On completion of each order we require brief feedback from you detailing.. Members name, Details of the task and time taken to complete.
We envisage approx 10 hours max each month.
