By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, or using any Slick Trade services — including The Oracle Circle, educational content, automated trading tools, or trade signals — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by Slick Trade is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website, inside The Oracle Circle, or shared via private Telegram channels constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Trading advice

  • A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Trading Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and understand that:

You understand that:

  • Different configurations produce different results

  • You are responsible for choosing and applying appropriate settings

  • Automation does not eliminate trading risk

Slick Trade is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Improper configuration

  • Over-leveraging

  • Broker issues

  • Slippage or execution delays

  • Market volatility or news events

5. Trade Signals & Telegram Access

The Oracle Circle includes access to private Telegram trade signals and market commentary.

You acknowledge that:

  • Signals are shared with context, not as commands

  • Signals are optional and for educational support

  • You are not required to take every signal

  • You are responsible for your own execution and risk

Telegram access is private and granted after membership verification.
Access may be revoked for misuse or violation of community standards.

6. Membership, Billing & Cancellation

The Oracle Circle is a subscription-based membership.

  • Billing is recurring on a monthly basis

  • You may cancel at any time

  • No long-term contracts are required

  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods

Upon cancellation:

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • EA access, signals, and member content will be revoked afterward

7. Acceptable Use

By using Slick Trade services, you agree not to:

  • Share or resell content, EAs, or signals

  • Distribute membership materials to non-members

  • Harass, spam, or disrupt private channels

  • Misrepresent Slick Trade or its services

  • Attempt to bypass access controls or licensing

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Website content

  • Educational materials

  • Videos

  • Trading tools

  • The Oracle EA

  • Oracle Sets & Templates

  • Branding and logos

are the intellectual property of Slick Trade and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

9. No Guarantees or Promises

Slick Trade does not guarantee:

  • Profits

  • Performance

  • Income

  • Success

  • Consistency

Any examples or discussions of performance are illustrative only and do not represent expected results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slick Trade shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Technical issues

  • Broker-related problems

  • Platform outages

  • Data loss

Your use of Slick Trade services is entirely at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

Slick Trade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
